EF Program
Work, learn, and build habits more efficiently through research-based techniques. The EF (Executive Functioning) Program is a quarter-long immersion with a peer group into understanding and sharpening your executive functioning profile. Learning Lab Director Kathryn Payne-Gray facilitates this eight-week program. You will meet through Zoom or in person with your Learning Specialist four times for 60 minutes over the course of the quarter. You will meet with your cohort of peers four times. This programming is for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students.

You will be exposed to research-based techniques to plan more effectively, work with greater efficiency, and develop sound and enduring habits using aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to achieve your goals. You will also benefit from hearing about the experiences and solutions of your peers. Click the registration button below to read about the requirements of this program. There is limited availability, so you may be asked to register for a future quarter if the program is full.
Please email Kathryn Payne-Gray, kapgray@stanford.edu, with questions about the EF Program.
